Hello everybody! This season we have a new competition, called Stars Cup. Now, maybe you are wondering “Who will play this cup?”. Teams which play Champions Series group stage, but do not qualify to the final brackets will play this competition. That means the third and fourth team from each CS group. These teams will play a single bracket like Champions Series, but getting less money for each round reached. In case that you have a warrior/hero membership, the tactics and line ups used will be the “Champions” tactics and line up.
This competition will be played at same time as Champions Series, every Sunday at 20:00 CET, with the grand final on the last wednesday of the season at 12:00 CET.
With this change we want to make worth it to qualify to (the) Champions Series if you are not a really top team, instead of playing League cup.

Also in the coming season, we will give more money in the regular league. This change is just for the first division, and the prizes will be:

1st 1500
2nd 1250
3rd 1000
4th 800
5th 600
6th 400
7th 200
8th 100

It’s summer and many of you leave for holidays in this period. Maybe you are worried about leaving your team alone; somebody could steal your players! Now you can swim and be totally relaxed, because you can use the new “Holidays mode”. If you select this mode in your profile, your players’ contracts won’t decrease everyday, so you won’t have to be there to renew them. Also it would be annoying if somebody had stolen your players while you were lying on the beach, so if you set the holidays mode, other users won’t be able to buy your players.

So if you decide to use the holidays mode, you won’t be able to sell or buy players, but you won’t be able to change your line up either, because if you are on holidays, you won’t do it anyway, and we don’t want that regular users who are not on holidays set this option.

In the right bar you can now find a “Polls” section where you can vote different questions. I would like to know all your opinions so lets vote about different topics there. You are free to discuss about those questions in our forum or our IRC channel on Qnet; #wc3manager .

For this season, I have changed the sign up process a little bit. So now, if you sign up while the season is running and there are banned teams in your country, you won’t wait until the end of the season to start playing like it was before. You will just start playing replacing that team, so the action will start on first day.
And last but not least, the new Pro Player for this season will be  Soccer! The new Korean sensation. who just signed with MYM, is getting great results lately, and now you can get him for your team! You can find him on the auction list right now.

Hello everybody. The 10th season started yesterday, and it’s more exciting than ever. We are becoming bigger for every season and here at WC3Manager we want to thank you for playing and supporting us!

In this new season we have some new things. First of all,  Hero members can now create tournaments where everybody can play.  You don’t need a Warrior/Hero account to play those tournaments, you just need the password from the creator of the tournament if he didn’t choose to create a public tour. You can find all the information about these new tournaments in this section. Remember that if you are a Warrior/Hero member and you are enjoying the line up selector, the friendly line up will be used in these tournaments. Every saturday you can face your friends in a new exciting tournament!

We also added a new rule. You already got a private message about it last season, but we changed it a little bit. Now you have a maximum limit for your web income. That limit is calculated with your wages/salaries and the average of your last current ranking seasons. Instead of using the current one, we will use the last 2 seasons to avoid that teams which are having a bad season can’t get any money. For instance, now we are in the 10th season, so we will use the 8th and the 9th season to calculate the maximum limit. Notice that you won’t lose money because you will always get money enough for your salaries. The scout wage maybe will be added in later on, but at the moment it is not added into the calculation.

Hi managers! These days we are doing some small changes in our favorite game.

Now you can check League Cup and Champions Series schedule easily just clicking here. You can find that link in the Champions Series or League Cup section, or just clicking in a match which hasn’t been played. That was one of the most frequently asked questions, so now you can find the answer easily.

Another thing, a few times it did happen, teams bought players from opponents right before the match. To avoid that, now teams can’t buy other teams’ players from 18:00 CET to 21:00 CET. So now, if someone buy a new player at 17:59 CET, the manager have 2 hours where he can set his line up.

The next change has influence on our top teams, because for the next Champions Series rounds, prize money will be different. Loser team will get 100 €, and winner team will get 250 € on the first round, 300 € on the second one and 350 € if you reach semi finals. Final prize money will still be the same, 2000€.

Finally, lets talk about one of the new features. These days first real pro player will be in one auction and you can get it! Remember that you only can get it if you have a Warrior or Hero Account. This bid will take 4 days instead of normal 2 days, so everybody will have time to bid on him.
But lets explain a little about these real pro players:

- They will have your real idols info, like race, stats, names, age and so on.
- They dont get older! So you won’t ever lose this player or he won’t decrease his stats due to his age!
- But they are not able to train anymore. They won’t gain more stats, even with friendly wars.
- They can play bnet ladder or 1on1 tournaments like a normal player!
- Nobody can change their nicknames.
- You can use them many times as you want, but remember that they will stay in your team just until your membership is running!
- You will get a new message when a new player is in one auction.

Do you want them? Just prepare yourself to buy them! Remember that you can get money from your gold coins if you need more money to buy them!

A new season is starting this Monday and here we go with new features!

This season you will test your prediction skill, because you will be able to bet in the most exciting matches every day! The system will pick 10 close matches from some countries and you can choose your favorites for win extra money every day. Of course, you can’t bet on your own matches and we will check and punish people who try to fix results.

Now we can enjoy with the best Champions Series ever. Why is this the best edition? Because now we have group stage before the final brackets, where the teams will play once against each other, and the best two teams from each group will get access to the playoff.
To generate these groups the system use the history and current ranking to make seedings and don’t put the best teams in the same group. Teams from the same country won’t face in the same group either.

There are some changes in this season. Now the teams won’t be able to have more than 15 players. If you have 15 players, you can’t buy new ones. And if you have now more than 15 players, you can’t buy new ones, and you can’t renew this players until you sell/sack players to have only 15 players.

This league cup edition will have only active teams with players, so we won’t have the problems like the last season. Remember that you get money for each round that you reach, and you get money that depends on your oponent’s division.
We have new schedule for league cup too. This season Champions Series and League Cup will be played at the same time. Remember that you only can qualifier to one of them at the same time. So these championships will be played Wednesdays at 12:00 CET and Sundays at 20:00 CET.

Many people was complaining about rush tactic was too good. I’m trying to balance it and this season the rush is a little bit worse than the last seasons.

I also want to reward you help us! Now I open a new referal system where you can get money in the game if you get new sign ups. Every user has a personal address. If five users use that address to sign up in WC3Manager, you will get a reward worth in 300 € in game. Easy, right? The users have to complete all the steps to make a team. Only to register is not enough. You can check your personal addresss in your own profile.

Finally, I fixed some minor issues :

- Now you have “pages system” in your finances details, to make faster the page load.
- The WC3Manager scene news filters and pages are working perfectly now.
- Sometimes you could see “Months” instead “Days”, now is fixed.
- Your history/current ranking in your town hall, is the same than in the history/current ranking list.
- Problems with the showed results in the 1on1 tournaments are fixed.
- Now you can see the map pool for the 1on1 tournaments in the brackets top.

Today, we have a big surprise for everyone! It’s about the new feature that ONe was talking about in the forums. Well, the new feature is… *drums* … A REAL BNET LADDER!

Your player(s) will face other players on the ladder and they will fight to earn the first spot! You won’t have to do anything, your players will join the ladder by themselves, but only the players who are being “ladder” trained will be able to play on the ladder. So, all you have to do is to set their training to “ladder” and that’s it.

At the end of the season, the best players will be able to compete against each other to decide who will be proclaimed as the ladder champion. This season, playing on the bnet ladder won’t cost you anything. During the next season, playing bnet ladder will cost you 1 EF point for every 10 games. It doesn’t matter how many of your players you feel like adding to the ladder game. You can have all your players playing if you feel like it. But if you change one of your player’s training to “Replays”, for example, he will leave the ladder, but will not lose his record. The bnet ladder also has a “exp. decay”. If one of your players stops playing for 5 days, he lose some experience, gradually.

The match ups are random, and your player(s) will only fight against those with a difference of 6 levels, maximum. The games are played daily, hourly — between 1pm and 6pm. The amount of games for each player is based on randomness, depending how intense their “ladder” training is. The more intense the training, the more he will play and vice versa.

You can check all your players’ stats in the players’ cards, like the Champions Series, League or Friendly matches stats.

We will use this season to test the bnet ladder, since it is still a beta version. If you have any questions, please let us know. We will be more than glad to answer your questions.

Hi managers! This week you can see a few changes at WC3Manager, the first new feature is the autologin. This makes our website more confortable, as you dont have to login everytime you enter into the website. You can choose “autologin” and WC3Manager will remember you, and you can forget the login process. You will be ready for the challenge!

These blog’s news will be shown in your own town hall.

But that´s not the best! Now you can upload your own team logo! The logo will be displayed in the match details and also in your profile. You can prove your designing skills there and maybe other teams will be afraid when they look at your logo.

We also worked on some other smaller things! More information in the auctions, more tags, flags and races everywhere. More info means less clicks. You can choose your tag and your logo in your profile. If you have additioanl suggestions you can post them in our forum, where there is a list of active suggestions posted by other users.

Remember that the Champions Series is being played every Sunday at 20:00. Only 8 teams are in the competition right now! The best teams are fighting for the victory!

Hi dudes! There are few news for you! Many people request one single button for change all the trainings of your players, instead one button for each one. Now, is done. With one button you have control of all trainings.

You can view more flags and races pics in the whole game. The nation of each player will be more important soon, and is better than you know the country of every player.

Remember that this Sunday at 8 p.m the first round of the Champions Series will be played. The best teams of the game will be play! The teams who are in the Champions Series can play friendly matches too, because the friendly matches are played at morning.

Hi dudes! This week, the first Champions Series will begin. In the Champions Series, the best teams of the whole WC3Manager will fight. A total of 32 teams will fight for the prize, in a single bracket. If one team win one round, he will win a little prize too ( 50 € ). The final prize will be decided soon. How many teams of each country will play? This season, the spots are these:

Russia : 3 spots
Spain : 3 spots
United States : 3 spots
Sweden : 3 spots
France : 2 spots
Denmark : 2 spots
Brazil : 2 spots
Norway : 2 spots
Switzerland : 2 spots

Austria : 2 spots

These configuration has been decided checking the number of teams of each country and the quality of these teams. It could change in the future.
The Champions Series will be played on Sundays at 20:00 and it will cost EF points like a league playday. The final will be played the last Wednesday of the season.

But Champions Series isnt the only one topic. You can check a new full schedule in the league section, where you can see all your playdays (played or not).
You also can see your virtual balance ( money that you are going to get by bids) in the section “Check my auctions”.
