Hello everybody! This season we have a new competition, called Stars Cup. Now, maybe you are wondering “Who will play this cup?”. Teams which play Champions Series group stage, but do not qualify to the final brackets will play this competition. That means the third and fourth team from each CS group. These teams will play a single bracket like Champions Series, but getting less money for each round reached. In case that you have a warrior/hero membership, the tactics and line ups used will be the “Champions” tactics and line up.
This competition will be played at same time as Champions Series, every Sunday at 20:00 CET, with the grand final on the last wednesday of the season at 12:00 CET.
With this change we want to make worth it to qualify to (the) Champions Series if you are not a really top team, instead of playing League cup.
Also in the coming season, we will give more money in the regular league. This change is just for the first division, and the prizes will be:
1st 1500
2nd 1250
3rd 1000
4th 800
5th 600
6th 400
7th 200
8th 100

I think changes are good ( i play in div 1 Russia), but i suggest that weak countries like denmark, norway etc should be combined in one group, so to increase a competition between teams of this countries. It is reasonable cos you need to spend more effort to win first place in f.e. German div 1 then in Norway div1.

- What happened to the “challenge system” ONe spoke of @ mirc? It had potential to be great and would be quite unique, so to say, that WC3 manager is pretty much the same as CS manager, just greater imbalance and fewer applications :=.
- Merging leagues has been discussed several times at forum, and I don’t think a conclusion was drawn. Because merging all the weak leagues together would just be too imbal. Atleast the nordic leagues can’t be merged, it would be utterly gay(ofc. I would like to play in a more competitive league, but it would retard my chances internationally if that league was insanely strong. Atleast 5 teams with CS semifinal potential: Grosboullet, IceSky, Hiro, 24 and me(ZEG) – depending on the depths of vita’s wallet he could be a joker. Besides of that I don’t see how it could be fair, to derange any of those teams to a 4./5. place in league + LC.

That might be, but still considering their teams you can’t add them to the same group. Only considering the players the 5 teams I mentioned belongs to top ~10(along with 4eptu, z0d, WYD, FCUK and walr). Having so many suplerplayers in the same league doesn’t rly spell fair

But merge: yes, just not a nordic league, it just is too many teams with badass players.
+ brazil, china, thailand, switzerland, austria and poland got easier/similar leagues, yet we do not see any teams competing at the level of MKS, icesky, hiro and me(maybe 24 too).

100+90 but at the last round i won 200+80. That goes by falling, It is for it that I ask if it is normal.
the 80 and 90 depends on the round +10 for every round the other depends on the div of your opponent so you get 280 for one round at cs you get 250 for 1/8 final….

WC3 Manager is a great manager-browser game, why did they close it?

I have a half confirmation now(for the few believers out there).
There is nobody(obviously) taking care of this game and worse nobody seems to own it, because ESNation owns the game, but is not owned by anyone(broke).

ESNation owns the game, so they have to release it.
Then someone will have to host the game + fix the bugs(I think the code is spanish, so that could be hard).
The best chances is that someone, with a neato server+ the necessary skill to fix bugs(in spanish code?), contact ESNation. That might be hard, since ESNation have been broke for some time now. Maybe contacting mymym.com(fx MYM]Kepler) to get contact info to whoever is behind ESNation.

Chocolate Raspberry Linzer Cookies
2 1/3 C All purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
1 C Sugar
3/4 C Butter (softened)
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Almond extract
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 T Raspberry jam
Powdered sugar
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat sugar and butter until creamy. Beat in eggs and almond extract. Gradually add flour mixture. Divide dough in half. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate until firm. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. On lightly floured board, roll out half of dough to 1/8″ thickness. Cut with 2 1/2″ round cookie cutter. Repeat with remaining dough. Cut 1″ round centers from half of unbaked cookies. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Reroll dough trimmings, if necessary. Bake 8-10 minutes just until set. Let stand on cookie sheets 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets, cool completely.
Over hot but not boiling water or using a double boiler, melt chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Spread 1 measuring teaspoonful melted chocolate on flat side of each whole cookie. Top with 1/2 measuring teaspoon raspberry jam. Sprinkle powdered sugar on cookies with center holes; place flat side down on top of chocolate jam cookies to form cookie sandwiches.
